It seems that this forum is filled with virtually the same types of questions.
So, in this regard, it seems fitting to have a thread dedicated to answering the majority of the problems. Consider this post to be a guide/directory/tutorial/phone-book to the support forum.

Chat Related Issues



I got an error, and it told me to contact an administrator.

Answer: While it may seem to be in your interest to contact an administrator about chat issues, administrators are not able to magically fix the chat. The issues that do arise are solely based at Invision Power Board, not here at World Garage. However, as a general guideline, if you are unable to access the chat for more than four hours, and see no official announcement regarding the issue, please do contact CrazyCanuck, or post a new thread in this forum.

Additionally: CrazyCanuck is on the chat daily, unless she is out of town. So, all of the chat errors, she will be able to see for herself.




Computer Related Issues

It is advisable that the user requesting technical assistance be aware that, to my knowledge, there are no certified members on this board. However, there are a handful of respectable members that have years of experience in a computer industry. While we may not be able to answer your question immediately, we will gladly assist in working out your issues.
