The gallery is currently offline due to technical issues. And, as such, the most current information regarding the gallery can be found in this thread.
Until the gallery is brought back online, I suggest using a third-party site, such as photobucket or imageshack for photo/graphics uploading.
If you need assistance in this matter, please PM myself directly. If enough interest is shown, I will write up a guide for doing such.
