ok. I tried to put a description in that I wanted to look like this:

Make:....Car Make
Model:...Car Model

Stats:
Top Speed:......###
Acceleration:...###
Handling:.......###


But it came out looking like this:

Make:....Car Make{br}{/br}Model:...Car Model{br}{/br}Stats:{br}{/br}Top Speed:......###{br}{/br}Acceleration:...###{br}{/br}Handling:.......###

can you try and see if I just failed?

For break there is no closing tag. And It should be in between <>

yes, I know that Froz. I am saying that the text was displayed like the in the description when I published. the < br > were in the text, even though I hadn't put them there. And these breaks had closing tags when they were wrongly displayed, which was even more confusing.

I think the Gallery is more complicated, good luck there, well if are in charge of it of course.

All WG staff have the power to moderate in the new Gallery, including Chat and TS Mods. Hopefully they wont break things too much getting used to it

AKO, ill check out the text formatting today, see whats going on with that.

Sam, regarding uploading comics I have a small guide to send you, Ill pm that to you shortly as theres one or two things you need to do to get it displaying right.

Regarding the Gallery, how would you guys feel about moving the entire Fan Creation section into the gallery? So you'd have a Drawing Section instead of a thread? The link to the Fan Creation would appear like the Media Gallery does at the moment on the main page.

I'm having trouble uploading videos to the gallery. I go to use the advanced uploader and nothing happens, and when I try the basic one, it says internet explorer cannot find server.

That sounds more browser related, especially considering its not working on the advanced/flash uploader:

• What browser are you using?
  
• What size of video are you trying to upload?
  
• What type of video are you trying to upload?

I know that Lambo managed fine so the system is working.

lambo's vid wasn't as long as mine. It is a 1080p mp4 about 2 minutes long. around 800MB file. and I am using IE 9. and it also didn't work on the regular uploader. let me know if you need any other info.

I downconverted my video to be less than 7mb.

Hmmm, well perhaps you shouldn't be uploading 800mb videos anyway but Ill need to see why its only allowing you 7mb at a time, its set server side to allow unlimited. Ill get back to you on this one.

well the reason I'm uploading such large videos is because I upload them to youtube, but germany and other countries block them. So some of our members don't get to see our community in action. I await your investigation oh captain my captain. I know you'll figure it out.

EDIT: after you figure this out, would it be possible to have a tag feature in the gallery, so that people can see pictures of themselves taken by others?
