Ever played Call of Duty Series? Your first PS One game ever was an FPS, most likely Medal of Honor? Familiar with Counter-Strike and Battlefield series? If the answers are yes, you gotta check out this gameplay (it's NOT a CGI foutage). Even if the answers are no, you can't miss it.

720P in in full-screen is a must for this

Topic says it all, If you have the game or just played it at a friends house, here is the place to discuss it.

My current thoughts on it, I thoroughly enjoyed the campaign. Thought it had a pretty kick-ass story. Haven't gotten around to the multiplayer yet (besides the beta)

It lags when I run it on medium.And all the other games,that have appeared this year were played on ultra.So,in conclusion BF3 has kick-ass graphics.I haven't played that much yet so I can't pronounce myself about the gameplay,but I'll share my opinions as I play trough the campaign.

This game lags at Low
and there is some sort of bug where every sound is repeated twice.

I also ran all new games on High or even Max.

Yeah the new Frostbite2 amps the graphics up quite a bit. Thats one reason why I got it for 360 cause my computer would implode if I tried to play it on here. Hopefully my new computer I get later this year will be able to handle it.

How can this game run on Xbox and PS3 when these consoles have such low specs and the PC requirements are so high.

The console versions are limited to 30 fps, and they also have the high resolution texture packs that must be separately activated. PC is the full-fat version, and this might just be the "Can it run" game of the 2010's.

Just played through the story (PS3). Gotta admit i really didn't expect it to be this awesome.
Haven't got the time to play some multiplayer yet though, but looking forward to it. Can't wait to scare some people with a .50 cal

I'm able to run it, at minimum settings, as I already said you yesterday on the chat. Thing is it's a 9800GT (DX10 only) and:



Hopefully Nvidia can fix this in its drivers. For now, those older Nvidia cards don't do Battlefield 3 any favors; stick to the newer stuff (or go the AMD route—incidentally, AMD’s DX 10 cards don’t have this problem).



Anyway, Spammie, I'd like to know how you did that intro of yours, at the video, mind teaching me?
