7.5 -nice car on the right, but I honestly can't see what the brown stuff on the left side was until I stared at it for a while... also -.5 because I don't like that graffiti font either, but that's just me.

Too much white behind the text. Your text seems like it was just pasted on there. Try to make the text blend with your sig and try to give it a different background so that it can all fit smoothly.
