You could buy a 20 Euro paysafe card, that would still get you the 8k and the free Porsche.

Which cars? The GT3 RS won't be much more expensive than 5,500. They can't do that since they've sold it for 5,500 boost as a stock price. If they would sell it for any much higher price, probably 3/4th of the community would rage at them. You've got almost no possibility that the GT3 RS will be very expensive.

The 991 Carrera S might cost more than 5,500, i think 10,000 at max. Then you can still buy the GT3 RS. And if you were think of buying the 991 you can probably wait a long time Don't think they'll drop it into the car dealer it anytime soon.

Jaguar will be a Tier 2. And he wants a Tier 3.
The Romeo is a GT3 RS alike car. Might consider buying it Just wait for a few test videos to be released of the car and see what it's capable of

If you didn't already buy the boost I'd advice you as Frogzee did, but this time with numbers...

In Europe you can buy 5750 boost for 15€ and with this money and december's free boost code you can buy the RTR-X. Then you've got no boost left to tune it, and the RTR-X comes with street tuned parts.

You can also buy 8000 boost for 20€. Difference being 5€ should not be significant if you're being a one time boost buyer... With this you get a car similar to the GT3-RS or RTR-X with no extra cost (that being the snowflake) which also has some visuals on it, which if you like you keep. So you've got 8k boost and a car.

Given you've got December's free SB code you get 8750 boost. With that you could carefully improve your car, having in mind that almost all pro (improved/sport/tuned) parts are ok if the colour is right, and even some race-tuned won't hurt, and save some 2750 boost for a T2 car (for example, buy the Exige when on sale - you've got to check the store often for that..)

With only an extra 5 euros you get almost all-pro parts PLUS a T2 car, or a full pro package for your car.

Finally, if you're willing to risk it and wait, usually just before they change the gift-car they also giveaway a 25% speedboost (meaning that with the 8k package you get another 2k boost, and with the 5,75k you get another 1400 boost). But that's a risk, cause don't forget... it's the snowflake this time...

Just think of this. If they act as they usually do, at the end of the month they'll put a +25% SB offer. So with 20 € you buy 10k SB and the 911. You race it as is (street tuned parts) till you get used to it, and by that time the -30% offer on gold packages should be out. You buy the parts you need to pro your car. This way you can save the most of your car and maybe even fully pro-tune it AND still have money for that Exige..
