You see the NFSCrashDump files? Those have logs about the game crash .
I think the NFSWO_COMMUNICATION_LOG.txt and crash files is what the support will need.

i opened the NFSWO_COMMUNICATION_LOG.txt but it is in chinese and many many symbols
idk what is that....
ill check the others...
