Before I start, if anyone is following me on Twitter, I mentioned I have 3 games awaiting installation to my future birthday present (last year's, as it was unfortunately unavailable), plus a secret game. That secret game is The Run LE, because The Run is just too awesome, I should get a PC copy. Also if you've have been following me on Twitter as well, I asked Zaki if there were any laptops that are comparable to the Alienware M11x. If you think it was what I just mentioned that is my b'day present, that's right*. I decided to move the conversation into DMs to "test" Zaki's knowledge of DICE games and RAM. As you can see, DICE and RAM don't go well together. I have Mirror's Edge and The Run for an 11 inch laptop. His answer was pure happiness, as if I had just received a free Lexus LFA. So yes, WG, watch out, because the PS3 NFSR king is migrating to the forgotten console.

I bought my copy of The Run in Holland during my winter vacation. It's imported, or should I say "trucked" from Belgium, so the game can be installed in Dutch (with English audio (dub), or French (with French dubbing). As a student of both these languages, it would be an educational gaming experience for my studies. It would be nice if I could mix both those languages in. After all, I'm now familiar with French and Dutch, so the question of understanding the game is rather pointless to ask.

This is how I want to have The Run play like:

French dubbing of Jack, Sam, and the whole cast.
Dutch menus and subtitles.

A mod would be appreciated!

And about the Mod ask someone who is experienced in modding NFS games...

I don't know whether it can be modded for languages, just something involving cars.

By the way, I'm not sure whether that statement on DICE and RAM going together badly is true, I ran Battlefield: Bad Company 2 with 2GB of RAM and it had a decent framerate I think The Run suffers from Black Box Optimization* though.
