Too late.

It has been nerfed for some time now.

In life, there is always one or more winner, and one or more loser, and whether or not we like the outcome, we must live with it. We can then either choose to get back up after falling down make another attempt at obtaining something we want, or we can choose to lay down. probably they'll add a 10th gear to the IS-F, also, All In time limit can be reduced to 3 mins

So, Silvia has been worsened. I know the strategy of BP, increase the performance of speedboost cars and decrease the performance of IGC cars.
