Hi guys.

Recently my account is hacked and I'm trying to get it back. I've contacted the EA Adviser, but He/She said that I need more info. The EA Adviser said that they need this information

1. Date of birth registered on the account.
2. Two or more game code, played on your account.
3. New email address which you want to use.
4. Screen/Persona name

What I don't get is number 2 and number 4...what's a game code? and what's a Screen/Persona name?

I think nº 2 means that if you used two or more code of special events or when you buy any sb, gift...if you used it, send it to EA, it's like a search, they introduce your codes in their game search and they can see who use it.

nº4 means if you have an screenshot of your account in game.

What Pelv said, and:
Just try your best to convince them, they will transfer the account to the mail id on which it was created.
Good Luck and don't fall into scams(lots of them lost their a/c's )

They ask you those 4 points, but you can tell them any detail of your account. Do you remember your friendlist? What amount of races did you? Time of longest pursuit you did? Cost to state you did? Any detail that you remember can help them you recuperate your account.

No, I remembered everything EXCEPT the GAME CODE...

Then be honest with EA.

Does your profile still exist on nfs-s.com?

If so link that to them and they can see your cars and stats. Maybe they can help out.

On Live Chat, talked with Support twice(1st one got disconnected for some unknown reason but seemed he too wouldn't help).
They won't do that, i think they haz lost their powers
So mailed them, hoping a reply within 24 hours.

/assuming that you created the account on the mail id you mentioned in PM
And don't create a new account on that id.
Also provide me the hackers mail id (you must have seen that in EA's email)
