[Victor Braga e Bravo]

Once I accidentally clicked in "Insurance" in my safehouse. I sent an e-mail and they told me to inform the hour and date of it. After it, they gave me my SB back, so that's why I think it's an important information, they will see that is legit.

Oh sorry, i forgot to reply them back when you had provided me that hackers email id.
Gonna reply them now.. EA Support doesn't reply soon(sometimes) so could take another 2-3 days.

Here's a tip for you Skytails, please read this carefully when you get your account back to prevent future hacking of your account.

1) go to profile.ea.com
2) Login with your NFSW account
3) if ya have your email verified there, skip to no.5
4) make a yahoo or Gmail account that is exactly the same email as with your unverified EA account (talking about step 2 account)
4a) resend the verification email to the email add you created (email you made in step 4) then follow the instructions in the mail
5) if you succeeded, you know what i'm talking about, if you don't, ask admin CC for what this means (talking about the earlier steps)
6) if your account is hacked, go again to profile.ea.com
7) click forgot password
8 )Important! type your email you made that is connected with your EA account (email you made in step 4)
9) will send a reset password website via email to your email instantly so check your email out,
10) change your password, whenever you change your password, your world account will also change.
so if you did all of this steps, the only way to hack your account is by your email add in yahoo or google!

Did EA help you? They haven't replied me back since long.. they have changed their rules and normal support agents can't help without those details.
They said they have escalated that problem, but i see it went nowhere.

They did! I got my Accouunt back! That hacker is a genius, having two E-mail accounts
