Hey guys. My dad wanted to buy me a new PC, and I was wondering if this spec is okay to run NFSW on High (or maybe even Max) over at least 30-35 FPS:

Processor: Intel Pentium Dual-Core E5700 (3.00 GHz, 2M Cache)
Memory: 4 GB RAM (Kingston HyperX DDR3 1600MHz)
Graphics Card: (ATi) ASUS 6570 (1 GB DDR3 Video Memory, 128-Bit)
MotherBoard: ASUS P5G41T-M LX

So, is it possible?

Do you know how old is the Dual-Core E5700 these days? Graphics card is weak even for NFSW... Don't think you'll be able to run it on Max smoothly and High epends of your monitor resolution. You should build your own computer, it's always cheaper than buying one that's already assembled.

Not going for 1080p that's for sure So, what processor should I get? (No need to be expensive ) (It's pretty much building a computer, only that, I'm not building it, the guys at the PC shops does)

Also as he said the FPS depends on the resolution of your monitor

And as for GFX that too depends on the resolution of your monitor and always go for GFX with GDDR5 memory as it is faster compared to GDDR3

Please state your Monitor resolution

and as for CPU for for AMD ones as they give best value for money and also before we suggest a CPU tell us ur budget lol

About $400 for the whole PC (only PC) (Yes, my dad doesn't let me having a computer costs a fortune, he'd say I wouldn't study ) Res: 1280x768

$400 for the whole comp right?

For that budget I would suggest a Quad Core AMD Cpu (Phenom or Athlon)
4 GB DDR3 ram
GPU:5670 HD 1 GB GDDR5 (If its available) if not then 6670 HD GDDR5 one
MotherBoard: dunno lol Any AM3 or AM2+ MB

(For more specificness on the parts and price ask Life as he lives in Malaysia and thus knows the prices of the components lol )

Yeah, the price is kinda reasonable. It's a little bit higher than the price, but, I think it's worth it! Thanks Zaki! Now, I've got to convince my dad to it

I'm not a computer expert, but I'm sure you can find a reasonably priced i3 within your budget, with 4 gb ram and a good videocard that should run it smoothly on max.

i sugest buying bigger resolution monitor (atleast 1280x1024 or a wider one like 1280x760)

dell.com 400 bucks can get you a PC with an i3

My pc cost a total of $450 and it runs max at 60 fps..so its possible. The parts Zaki recommended would work nicely.

Yeah. The i3 is kinda having the same price as the Phenom. Is the i3 2100 ok?

Depends on what you are gonna use the PC for..

If its just games then i3 is the way to go

However if you multitask and do many things at once the 4 cores of Phenom are better than i3's 2 cores
