Almost every CPU is overclockable. You just gotta know what are you doing or you could fry it or make the system unstable.

^That

Although some CPUs have a unlocked multiplier which makes Overclocking realllllllyyyyy easy lol

You mean, there's no need to set the FSB and the voltage manually?

Ok, *ehem* update (new specs) The PC shop...guy said that the 6670 is out of stock, and my dad replaced it with a new one, the Radeon HD 6750. So, is it ok? And if it is, tell me what FPS I will get :giggle:

6750>6670

And about overclocking - it depend on the CPU.
Some CPUs have unlocked multipliers and some don't. You'll have to adjust the FSB on the locked ones but I think that all AMD CPUs have unlocked multipliers which makes OCing easier.
Just raise the multipliers and voltage and it should work.

But before any overclocking, download Prime95 and FurMark (And HWMonitor for temperatures) and let them both run for 10-20 minutes.
This will get your CPU and GPU at max so that you can check if the system has good cooling and if it's a good idea to overclock.
Make sure that CPU Temps are Below 70C and GPU Temps are below 95C. If they reach that temp then you'll need better cooling.
If they pass, OC the CPU and do the same test again.

But remember in case of AMD CPUs dont let the temp cross 60C!

Cause the thermal limit for Athlon and Phenoms in 62C...

Right. So, I shouldn't overclock too much, huh?

Its not about how much you OC

Its about the cooling which you should provide for the OC...
