when i want to login to nfsw, i have to wait for 450 mb downloading at every time. how can i pass this situation ? because i dont want to wait for 2 hours for a game

Just leave it to download overnight 
And as for skipping the download well thats not possible as the game WILL verify the files before starting....

You must have a slow internet connection or just a bad connection with the World servers. If you're experiencing long download times then it's best you leave it on in the background while you're doing something else. Or over night as suggested above.

But yea nothing you can do about the download time it all depends on your net and the amount of people downloading the same patch/game

well my avg speed is 52kbps and i saw that EADM (or any other EA downloader) downloads me about 36kbps. so blame the system

It's because your network connection. I had same problem, my network even crashed some times while updating so better is to contact your network support
