First, let me introduce myself.I'm Victor Braga e Bravo, member of here, WG Communtity (you can find me here), with an idea of introducing a monthly Speedboost challenge. I know that 500SB is few, but for freeloaders (people that don't have money or age to buy it) it helps a lot. It can buy a one more slot for your garage, so it's better than nothing... haha
Each month will have a different challenge. Some will be time trials based, other vinyls, some just pure luck Lucky Draws, etc. Just different challenges to give everyone a chance.
Well, for this month I planned a lot of things, tracks and time trials, but my laptop was gone, so I'm using a friend's one to write a new one, making some ajustments, since I lost my infos...
This month challenge will be for those who consider yourselves good vinylist and designers. The main idea is to design a new "World Garage Team" racecar. It can be a rally version, drift, circuit, dragster... Any that fits better in your imagination. Some examples of racecars and tips:
Drift: Usually colorfull cars with asian market logos and themes (but you can use others). A good drift car uses rims near 19" to 21" inches, low suspension. Some of them can abuse of colorfull accessories like window tints and neons.
Circuit/Sprint: Usually they have competition bodykits (but some competitions the cars uses a stock bodykit), some theme design in it vinyls and lots of ads. Try using some Valentine or Police logos if you have them. Usualy they wear something near 20" inches rims. Neons and tints are not used in them.
Rally: Same specifications as circuit/sprint ones, but they usually wear smaller rims like 17" or 18" inches rims. A good tip is to use some tribal vinyls to create dust/dirt effects.
Dragster: Uses small rims, like 17". They can be a full sponsored cars like circuit/sprint/rally ones or can be a funny looking one with small sponsor logos in it. Some dragsters uses neon and tints.
Rules:
-You can send one model of each race class, so you can send 1 dragster, 1 drift, 1 circuit/sprint, 1 rally
(4 cars, 1 of each class)
-The car must have a readable WG logo in it. The "world" background is not needed. Use if you want. At least it must have a WG letters in it.
-I will consider the whole car design, not only the WG logo, so focus in all areas of your car, not only one.
-People who make offenses here about each other will be disqualified. If they insist in those offenses, they can be banned.
-Respect general WG's rules

The deadline is July 31th. Winner will be annouced in next challenge topic (August).
The 500SB prize will be given by SMS, so no need of giving me the login and password. I will pass more infos soon (or via PM to the winner).
Ps.: I'm using a friend's PC to write this contest. Mine is broken, so maybe I read and answer questions in 2 or 3 days

) so i couldn't put as many sponsors as i wanted. that being said, all i had were the HP ones. and i used the Beta logo too. turned out about as good as i expected: good for my standards, but not amazing.
). If this is an entry for the competition, though, did you forget the "WG" or am I missing it somewhere?
