Hey there readers, my name is Ovidiu and I'm 18 years old guy from Bucharest, Romania. I'm playing World... since the very beginning, not many players from my era are still around, sadly... I've heard about World right when it was announced, in the summer of 2009. Later in the autumn of 2009, World had its first beta tests (Taiwan beta tests), and a Bulgarian guy (Kaizeras) has made a few vids with these quite restricted betas (only available a few hours a day). Here's one of these videos by the way.
Fasckira with Kaizera's help created World Garage (which was called "WO G" back then, because World was called World Online too back then) on December 31th 2009 - January 1st 2010. Things got heated up on World Garage, you probably can't really tell what was the level of excitement and anticipation of "World Online" even with only a few WG members... heck, I personally expected World to come with the canyons in the free roam. Later came the very first closed betas available, and from what I remember, not more than 1000 players got in the first one that came on 5 March 2010... and now for a vid I made back then.
I have participated in pretty much all the betas after, the time passed, we had the Starter Pack which I bought for myself and Kaizeras, we then had the level 10 cap removed... we still don't have canyons... and yeah, here I find myself taking a quite lines to explain World's history from my point of view.
Now for something short and straight to the point about me... I’m part of Event Staff on here as you can see, so if you have NFSW or other Need For Speed titles, look up for my weekly NFS challenges :) I’m also in charge of WG’s Blacklist, one of the best things we have here on WG. My favorite NFS game is Carbon for a few reasons... crews, the canyon races, night time racing, the car list (IMO Carbon has the best car list from all NFS games (the MW BMW M3 GTR is there too!)), great in-race music, good city, good customization system, challenge series, and reward cards. Most Wanted on the other side, has the most epic NFS car and it simply is the most epic, beloved NFS title ever. World is... World. lol. I've been part of many crews since World was launched (heck, the first crew I've been part of was made by me), such as Tame Racing Drivers, Project HyperActive (previously known as HyperActive Racing) and Hayasa. Currently, I'm part of StrongForce Racers crew.

4. Recording a video for YouTube or taking pics to show something like my cars in World
5. General Event like Spot the Celebs one that took place not long ago... or Spot the Devs in certain cases

7. Cars becoming available for IGC that I want badly (like the R8 5.2 currently lol)
8. Fun private races with people from my friends list
